All advertisements must be authenticated with name and address of Company or individual placing the order and comply with current legislation and codes governed by the Advertising Standards Authority

The Proprietors cam accept no liability for non-appearance of advertisements due to lateness or loss of copy. Nor for any inaccuracies in printing of advertisements

The Proprietors reserve the right to decline orders for space and to rejecy copy or artwork which they do not approve.

No advertisements can be guaranteed to be inserted on a specific date, although every effort will be made to comply with customers' requirements.

Newton Press and those acting on its behalf including any employees or directors of Newton Press have the right at any time to terminate any users account for any reason, however this will normally only be completed in extreme circumstances. Any user(s) found to be discriminating against any other user or company on the grounds of: race, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, disability, or any other factor contrary to common law in England, Scotland and Wales including the European Union will be stopped from advertising and there account suspended. Newton Press reserves the right to terminate without notice any services which it currently, historically or plans to offer for any reason.
